Refund policy

At MEND, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Customers can request an online return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Customers can also return eligible products at any MEND outlet at any time. Store returns and exchanges are completely free of charge.

To start an online return, contact us at support@mymend.com. If your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.

For online pickup returns, a ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For store returns at MEND outlets, no return charges will apply.

In certain locations where reverse pickup service is unavailable from our delivery partners, customers will need to self-ship the product to our return address. In such cases, the return courier charge paid by the customer will also be refunded after the returned product passes inspection and approval.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval. For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To process such claims, customers must share clear product images, packaging images, and an unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care products
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Exchanges
Only size exchanges are allowed and are subject to stock availability. Exchange requests can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Pickup-based exchanges may include a ₹100 shipping charge, while exchanges at MEND outlets are free.

If pickup service is unavailable at the customer’s location, the customer may self-ship the product to our return address or visit any nearest MEND outlet for exchange assistance.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
