Shipping policy

At MEND, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,699 across India. Orders below ₹1,699 will be charged a standard shipping fee of ₹49 at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will include an additional ₹99 COD handling fee. Shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation & Verification
After placing an order, customers may receive a WhatsApp message, email, or phone call for order confirmation and address verification, especially for COD orders. 

Orders that are not confirmed within 24–48 hours may be automatically cancelled to avoid failed deliveries and fraudulent orders.

Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Our shipping operations function from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days depending on the delivery location. Remote or non-serviceable areas may require 7–12 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional restrictions
  • Natural disruptions or strikes
  • High order volumes during sale periods or festivals

In case of significant delays, our support team will notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp whenever possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking link.

Delivery Issues
If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or if the wrong item has been delivered:

  • Please do not accept visibly damaged packages.
  • Report the issue immediately to the delivery partner.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear product images, packaging images, and an unboxing video for verification.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If a COD order is refused by the customer or marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO), shipping charges, COD handling charges, and applicable processing fees may be deducted from refunds or store credits.

Repeated failed deliveries or RTO orders may lead to restriction of COD services for future orders.

Non-Serviceable Areas
If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, our support team will contact you for an alternative solution. In some cases, customers may need to provide an alternate address or collect the order from a nearby courier hub.
